I feel your anger, pain, and frustration, Winter. My advice, at this stage in your transition, regardless of the breadth of your interests or skillsets would be to join existing trans groups, rather than starting your own. Trans Twitter is a great place to start, and from there as you start to make connections you'll find yourself bouncing into various Discord servers and the like. The trans arts scene is very much alive and kicking across the world.
It's easy, particularly earlier in transition, to not spot these communities and be tempted into creating them ourselves. I know, been there, done that. But I'd gently suggest that ones energies are better spent on oneself and building connections with trans people who've been around the block. It can take an awful lot of the legwork and the loneliness, not to mention exploitation and pain, out of those earlier stages of transition.
