It’d be lovely if you were simply a pedant but you’re just plain wrong. By way of accepted use, whether you lament it or not, ‘phobia’ in the contexts of homophobia, transphobia, Islamaphobia etc means a ‘strong dislike, even hatred of’, as well as ‘irrational fear of’.

But in the case of transphobia it’s both in equal measure. I see hate and fear equally in the vitriol spewed in mine and my siblings’ direction on a daily basis.
