You're doing exactly the same as the transphobes. We're not getting called paedophiles any less for calling out those in our community who do our perception harm.

We have criminal law for a reason.

In the meantime, like I said, we're not helping ourselves shooting each other down. Even if we dismiss Kayla as not being trans it doesn't help us.

Those who hate us don't cease that hate just because you and transphobes agree about this particular person.

I'll say it one more time, if you're hurt by being accused of being a child molester yourself (I know I get that more than enough), if you're hurting because of your own past trauma, I get it. Been there, done that. But none of that gives us free rein to point at those who we disapprove of and accuse then of what our society oft seems to consider worse than murder.

If nothing else it's tantamount to defamation/slander. And that opens the potential for it being actionable.
